Dislikes: politicians, traffic laws, winter, bullies, Homosexuality(it creeps him out, even though some of his friends are gay), slow internet connections, womanizers and being called queer/fag/homo/gay. Calling Tempest a fag if you don't know him is a good way to get yourself fucked up xD

Bio- Tempest is an outgoing, promiscuous and generally friendly Rukia dragon that has three great loves: The night life, women, and everything that moves as fast as he does. Tempest is either relaxed and playful when tired or bored, or hyper and rambunctious when he's happy or umm...in the mood. xD He has a very long and convoluted past, but that is a story for another time and place. Not here lol, way too much info to put in here. While he tends to have a tight grip on his friends, he can be easily angered and is often prone to fist fights and bouts of fool hardy courage, whether challenged by a friend or defending them from any gang of cocky punks stupid enough to mess with him.
He'll mix it up with anyone, anywhere, save for a girl. That is his limit; Tempest will never lay a hand on a woman. He often has trouble with authority figures because of this, and won't hesitate to back talk or even start an altercation if he thinks or knows he can get away with it. Still, even if he does kick your ass, most of the time he'll help you back on your feet if your still conscious out of a sense of respect. Because for Tempest, usually he simply has to flex a little muscle to scare someone off, but if they stand their ground, he yields them at least some modicum of respect. Hell if your lucky, he might even laugh it off and invite you for a drink or something. xD

Abilities/weapons/skills- Tempest is a force to be reckoned and knows it. This is why most that know him(other than his super close friends) try to kiss his ass as much as possible so as to avoid getting the shit kicked out of them. When fighting he has three styles:
Thunder mode(power), Lightning mode(speed), and Storm mode(rage).

*sidenote: Tempest's power source comes from intense electrical storms, the energy of which he absorbs through the bladed lightning rod at the end of his tail. If he goes more than 48 hours without recharging, he loses access to both Thunder mode and Lightning mode(and consequently, storm mode as well). Upon recharging, it usually takes about 10 minutes for him to be back at full power. Obviously, this puts him at a huge disadvantage when placed in a controlled environment for an extended period of time.

Thunder: In this state, Tempest's physical strength and constitution drastically increases, trading speed and agility out for power and endurance. He also gains several abilities unique to this mode.
- thunder clap: powerful blasts of concentrated sound pulse out of Tempest's body, distorting the molecules in the air and making it difficult for his opponent to see clearly.
- Jetstream Crusher: Tempest grabs his opponent in a bear hug, then sprouts his wings and shoots into the air, stopping at the peak of the stratosphere and letting himself drop all the down, spinning rapidly and creating a whipping whirlwind of sonic gales. Upon impact, he releases them and throws a smash-mouth punch right into their gut. The combination of intense vibrations and whipping winds causes the ground to literally implode outward in an eruption of earth that destroys most everything within a quarter mile radius.
miscellaneous - In thunder mode, Tempest is capable of benching, lifting, bending or otherwise breaking substances of 5 ft in thickness/width and up to 6 tons in weight under optimal conditions. Maximum speed in thunder mode has been clocked as high as 120 mph on a dead sprint.

Lightning: In this state Tempest's speed and agility dramatically increases, swapping strength and durability for reflexes and velocity. He also gains several abilities unique to this mode.

-Crackling claws: Tempest's claws become sharper and more prominent, and are sheathed in a veil of crackling red energy that can easily paralyze an opponent temporarily, if they sustain a heavy hit.
- Electric maelstrom: Tempest's body becomes a massive conductor, sucking in all the energy around him and channeling it all into a twisting whirlpool of screaming crimson lightning capable of frying most any living creature caught within.
miscellaneous - in lightning mode, Tempest is capable of benching, lifting, bending or otherwise breaking substances of 2 ft thick/wide and up to 1/2 a ton in weight. Maximum speed has been clocked out as high as Mach 1 on a dead sprint and, when flying, can reach Mach 3 if pushed to his limits.
